This journal operates under a fully open-access publishing model. To ensure the sustainability of editorial operations and the quality of publication services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 350 is applied to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.

There are no submission fees.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and received formal acceptance from the Editorial Team.
